This testing includes elongation/tensile testing for flexibility and strength, heat shock testing for insulation cracking, conductor resistance tests ensuring minimal conductivity loss, High Voltage (1.8kV) testing ensuring insulation integrity, accelerated ageing and chemical analysis to ensure consistency of manufacturing composition with each batch.
