How do I open an account with Voltex?

There are 2 methods of opening an account:

  • Online
  • By Phone
    • An account can also be set up by one of the friendly Customer Service Assistants. Please call 1300 722 275.

      Once you have created your online account, you can immediately start placing orders.

      Upon checkout you can opt to put your order on your 30 day account if you wish to pay later, or pay right away using a credit card. We will give you a call to confirm details before dispatch.

What are the benefits of having an account with you?

With your Voltex account, you will have the following benefits:

  • Access to your Account Information
  • Be able to Access your Order History
  • View your Email Subscriptions
  • Be the first to know of our Special offers
  • Have a dedicated account manager

What are your shipping and return policies?

Unlike many other web sites that have special rules and lots of fine print, Voltex offers free shipping on all orders placed, with no minimum order required.

*Should there be odd circumstances with your delivery, we will give you a call first to discuss details.

We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for return shipping either. If, for whatever reason, you're not happy with your purchase just give us a call or complete our easy self-service return form. Your returns back to the warehouse are absolutely free. With our 365 day return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions.

I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

If for any reason you need to return an item, you can do so with our “No Questions Asked” Returns Policy. Provided that the item(s) is:

  • Within 365 days from purchase date
  • Unused
  • In its original packaging

How long does it take for me to get a credit?

It may take 4-5 business days for your return to arrive back to us. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 24 hours of receipt) your credit will be processed and automatically applied to your account.

Do you do back orders?

Yes. Any item that is not available at time of purchase will be back ordered until stock arrives. You will not be invoiced until the item is shipped. We do always try to proactively let you know if there are any backorders on your orders though.

Do you have a catalogue?

Yes! If you would prefer a hard copy of our product range, please click here to order one.

Do you match prices if an item goes on sale after my purchase?

Yes! If an item you order from Voltex becomes a special offer within 10 days of your original purchase, just contact us anytime during that 10 day time frame and we’ll be happy to credit the difference to your account.

Do you offer Live Chat support?

Yes we do! To get in contact with our team, look for the green Live Help button located in the bottom right of the page. If the button is red, please feel free to leave a message and we’ll get back to you the soonest we can.

How do I unsubscribe from any of your mailing lists?

There are two quick and easy ways to unsubscribe from our mailing list:

  • Via Website
    • Login to your account
    • Click My Account
    • Untick “Yes, please send me monthly specials & new products” under Additional Info
    • Click “Update Account
  • Click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of one of our emails.

Do you offer items at a discounted price?

Yes, we do! You may visit our special offers page for ongoing promotions.

My email address has changed. How do I update this information to my current account?

You are welcome to update your e-mail address by logging in to your account online. The best way to do this is to take the following steps:

  • Go to My Account
  • Type in your new email address under Contact Details
  • Click "Update Account".
  • Your e-mail will be updated.

Also, if you’d like to update your email address, please feel free to give us a call and we’d be happy to do it for you.

I see some items marked as Phased Out. What does this mean?

"Phased Out" means the item has been discontinued and has limited stock left. This is due to the fact that a new, replacement model has been released, or the demand is no longer justifies stocking this item.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit card for online payments

You may also opt to place an order on your 30 day account if you wish to pay at a later date. The following methods may be used to settle your payment:

  • Credit Card (online or by phone)
  • Check
  • EFT bank transfer
  • BPay (The BPay number is found on the invoice and statement)

How can I obtain the balance of my account?

You will receive a statement at the end of each month listing your invoices and credits. If at any time you require an up to date balance please do not hesitate to give us a call
