Voltex Free Lifetime Returns

Lifetime Returns

If you no longer require any unused product you bought, or you're not 100% satisfied, you can return them to us for a full credit. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, in saleable condition and packed in a suitable outer carton.

Once your return is received and processed in the warehouse (usually within 48 hours of receipt here), you will receive a credit for the items you returned.

How to Return

Give one of the Team a call on 1300 722 275, send a live chat message, SMS or email [email protected] with the items you'd like to return
You will be emailed a con note to print
Place the items in a cardboard box (please cross out/cover any old shipping labels)
Just leave your parcel at your usual delivery place/front door
…and a Courier will collect it for you!

Unlike many other sites that have special rules and fine print, Voltex keeps it simple - orders over $150 (ex. GST) receive free shipping. Orders under $150 will incur a small surcharge of $15 (ex. GST). Voltex understands that getting your products to you is important, so every effort is made to process your order quickly. You can expect your order to arrive within 1-5 business days (depending on the proximity to one of the distribution centres).

Free shipping on all orders that are over $150 + GST.
A second order to the same address which is dispatched the same day as the first order (orders need to be in before 4pm AEST) will have free freight.
All Australia's freight providers quote ETA's as "delivered by 5 pm".
Time of delivery within the day depends on the freight company routing.
Orders placed on the website BY 3.30pm Adelaide time Mon to Fri will ship same day.
Orders placed AFTER 3.30pm will be despatched the following day.

Sydney: Same-Day Express (5hr) and VIP (3hr) delivery options
