We recently had a lovely get well chocolate from your team. Cilla had noted that my son "Owen" was quite ill - he had Influenza B. Sadly it spread throughout our home, with me ending up in hospital for 4 days! So we were quite ill, but recovering
The kind thoughts from your team were amazing and really made us smile at a time when we were really struggling. All of us were just blown away with the kind thoughts from your team.
There are not too many service staff, retailers, suppliers etc that care about their clients the way that you do.
With service like this, and genuine care, why would I want to shop anywhere else.

I received the package today. I'm honestly blown away by the quality of products at such a reasonable price. The flood lights look great! Very flash! All the gear is solid and the service is fantastic. My wife loved the tropix too. Thanks for throwing in the extra gear the data jacks and GPOs look great too. I have my own company but I'm a full time foreman for a national commercial company. I'll be in the office in the morning and will definitely be speaking with our procurement team about setting up an account

Before I did any warranty claims with you guys I was skeptical that you would actually cover labour costs. But after doing a few and seeing how easy it is to return goods and how willing your team is to help, I've been extremely impressed! For example, Justin sent me a different sensor to try ($100 model) at no charge. Just an example of the back up support and service for your products. It doesn't go un noticed so keep it up!
Just wanted to say thank you. Not only did you send out a free sample, but it was at my doorstep the next day. Was jot expecting that, and as i opened it up and found the neat box with the samples i was extremely impressed. They look good and feel good, much better than i was expecting. I will definately be putting your name out there more. The booklet with all your products was a nice touch, as scrolling through your website i never took notice of how much stock you guys actually carry. Thanks again, and i look forward to doing business with you in the future!
Voltex are pretty much the best company I have ever dealt with. Not just electrical company, any company. I love your culture and the way the business is run. In the future, my business with you will steadily increase and it gives me a warm fuzzy feeling knowing that it won't ever be a headache dealing with you.
The lights are actually installed at a mates place and I can drop past one night and swap them over, so I won't sting you for the re-installation charge.

I am not sure who to thank so could you please pass along my many thanks for the lovely get well gift I received this week. It was a great surprise and put a big smile into my day especially when the three men I work with were left speechless when the box was opened! Who wrote this and decided to e-mail it? I am extremely impressed. It is good and true but so very difficult to do in this fiscal environment, discord and mistrust. Just wanted to let you know that I received the last two orders with Voltex products, and already used them. I was impressed with the quality of the products, especially the industrial IP66 products which are fully compatible with Clipsal IP66 series. They fit easy in the existing products, practically they “drop in”, and the great thing, at only a fraction of the cost. What is impressing also, is the lifetime warranty, which speaks by itself for the quality and performance of the products. This new line of supply is enabling me to provide a more economical solution to my customers, which in turn generated a quite substantial increase in quotations acceptance and orders received. I am highly recommending Voltex products as one to one replacement to Clipsal products.

Most Recently impressed by your representative I spoke to via live chat yesterday afternoon, at the end of the chat he asked if there was anything else he could do to help, totally standard I know we do this too. However when i joked about somehow getting the product to us this afternoon ( the next day in a different state! ) he said he would try his best. Not only did the product arrive the next day, but it arrived first thing in the morning, this was extremely helpful to us as some items in the order were urgent items we just found out we needed for a job!
Keep it up, I assure you, the quality service is noticed and is appreciated.

Although we are only a small purchaser you have treated us as though we were a large company. We have been in business for over 40 years and we find that the answer to a good business is how you treat your customers. Cable-loc and yourself Ben have been extraordinary in the way that you conduct your business. Nothing has been a problem for you. We commend your business ethics and the efficiency of the despatch of products is well and truly remarkable, in fact, unbelievable. One phone call and the next thing you know is that the product is on your doorstep.

I'm emailing you because it has come to my attention that one of the last orders received had a very delicious confectionery (photo attached). I'm praying to the warehouse gods that the next time I order from the wonderful cable-loc is it possible to continue the confectionery that is attached in this email. I feel like I have said enough. And I hope this email makes all your customers realise the importance of freighting confectionery with an order. It really does lift people's spirits.

would like to offer you some feedback about the service that everyone at Cable-Loc offers to their clients. I have mainly dealt with Brian, Mandi, Sam and some others I cant remember the names of: excuse my wayward memory. Every time i Have dealt with anyone at Cable-Loc they make you feel special, as if I am the only client you have got. Everybody is so helpful and if you dont know the answer to a question you all phone back within ten minutes with the correct answer. Emails arrive on a regular basis so as I dont miss out on one of the many specials you run, also Brian has phone me several times to tell me about specials you are running and if I want to be in on them. I have never experienced that sort of service with any other wholesaler. If i havent been paid and allow for that in your accounting system. You have a good supply of everthing and very rarely is anything put on back order and if it does you dont charge a postage fee to send it out when it arrives. Before christmas when all the solar had to be installed by the 31st and you had run out of the 20 amp DC isolators, Brian upgraded them to 32 amp DC isolators for the same price so i could get my installation completed, at this time all the other would not arrive under the normal mailing rate before the 31st and informed me that they would upgrade to Air Package for me. Try and get that service anywhere else. Im not employed by Cable-Loc and will supply my name and address in Queensland if requuired by anyone who does not believe me, then i can tell your more good things about this company.

Very good service. I log onto the website which is very well laid out, click on the products that I need, place an order and it is despatched the same day if I order before 3pm. It is delivered to my door 3-4 days later. I have no problem with Cable Loc and all their service.
